PsyTask – Stimulus Presentation Software for EEG and ERP Studies

PsyTask, developed by Mitsar, is a specialized software designed to investigate how the brain responds to different stimuli and cognitive tasks during EEG recordings.

The software offers a variety of predefined tasks, including visual, auditory, mathematical, and attention-related exercises. Users can also create and customize their own tasks to meet specific research requirements.

PsyTask works together with WinEEG to synchronize stimulus presentation with EEG recordings, allowing researchers to analyze Event-Related Potentials (ERPs) and Event-Related Desynchronization (ERD).

Additionally, PsyTask can measure reaction times and behavioral responses, providing further insights into cognitive performance.
